Molière in the kitchen

It is not because we find ourselves in the stern settings of a castle that we should expect an artificial meal, with bold lines and without any shape. That is not taking into account the inventiveness and creative spirit of René Mathieu, the chef of the kitchen at Kasteel van Bourglinster.  The man has character and many surprising ideas hidden under his chef’s hat.
